Order Processing

Yay! Your complét is on the way! After the order is placed you will receive a confirmation email to the address provided at check out. Each order requires 2-3 business days to process. You will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number after your order has been shipped. If delivery address needs to be changed or edited after an order is placed, please send an email to customerservice@complet-o.com within 2 hours.  


Please note that orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
International shipping policy

The customer is responsible for any duties and/or taxes required by customs as determined by country of destination. Once the order has been processed a confirmation email will be sent with the tracking details.


Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or international shipping cost. Duty and tax charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by your country’s local carrier prior to delivery. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs are prior to purchase. Complét is not responsible for any duties, taxes or fees associated with the import and final delivery of your order.

Please note – we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.


Shipping Methods & Fees


We offer free international shipping for all orders. Usually, it takes approximately 4-7 days for express shipping and about 10-15 days for standard shipping. International orders shipped from the US warehouse arrive within 10-15 days. Please keep in mind shipping times do vary depending on country of destination. Shipments during holidays or shipments to islands may result in delays that occur for reasons outside of our control.


Express Shipping is NOT available to the following countries:

Albania, Algeria, Argentina, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bolivia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Czechia, Ecuador, Egypt, El Salvador, Georgia, Greenland, Guatemala, Honduras, Jamaica, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Maldives, Moldova, Mongolia, Montenegro, Morocco, Myanmar, Nepal, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Romania, Russia, Saint Martin, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, South Africa, South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands, South Sudan, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uruguay, and Uzbekistan.

Return policy

The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.


Customers may return regular-priced merchandise for a refund or exchange. Please send an email within 14 days of receiving your order to:customerservice@complet-o.com.


All sale items are final sales.

Any items determined to have been used will not be accepted for return. Item must be returned in its original custom box and dust bag with tag attached.


For returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for sending items back to Tylorbay Corporation Ltd at their cost.

Item(s) must be sent back within 10 days of receiving the merchandise. Please include your order # on the outside of the package.

The customer is liable for all duties and taxes that are charged for transporting the returned merchandise back to Tylorbay Corporation Ltd.


Once we have received your package, you will be notified via email and a refund will be processed within 10 business days. Please note that some banking institutions may require additional days to process and post this transaction to the customer's account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days).

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Exchanges (if applicable)


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Damages


If you receive a damaged order, please email: customerservice@complet-o.com within the first 48 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include the order number and a photo so we can assist you at once.
